About the event
Growing up in Texas, one of my main culinary inspirations came from my friends and neighbors who were first or second generation Mexican Americans. The freshest seafood, breads and slow cooked meats were part of our everyday eating. This month in honor of the community that helped raise me, we will be featuring a Clara B's spin on Tex-Mex Cuisine, paired with refreshing cocktails made from Tequila and Mezcal.
